Different options and variations will be offered so that you can explore your practice in a way that feels tailored to your needs in each moment.

Monday Morning Movement
Mondays | 7:30AM | 60 min
Join us every Monday morning to gently ease into your week and mindfully move through a slower flow to cultivate peace and clarity and prepare for the week ahead. This accessible practice offers different options and variations that you can explore in a way that feels personalized and tailored to what you need in each moment. Come as you are, and do what your body allows.

Tarot + Flow
Tuesdays | 6:30PM | 60 min
This unique offering combines the wisdom of Tarot and yoga. We’ll begin with a Tarot reading for the week ahead and move through a yoga practice designed to explore and embody the reading’s themes on a deeper level. Class concludes with meditation, allowing the insights and energy of the practice to integrate throughout your mind, body, and Spirit.

Restorative Yoga
Fridays | 7:30PM | 60 min
This slow, mindful practice allows you to decompress before heading into your weekend. Poses are often held for several minutes, and we'll use props to support the body so it can release and rest in these gentle postures as you settle in to experience deep relaxation.
