How does private yoga work?

As your private yoga teacher, I will support you in creating a sustainable yoga practice with sessions that meet you where you are and are personalized for you and your goals.

Private yoga sessions are 60 minutes long and can include intentional movement, breathing practices, mindfulness practices, meditation, Yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga, Yin, and anything else you might like to work on during our time together. The choice is yours!

Sessions can take place in person or online!

What to Expect During a Private Yoga Session

Define Your Goals and Intentions: Before your first session, we’ll schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and intentions for your yoga practice and answer any questions.

Private Session: Unlike regular drop-in classes, each session is tailored specifically for you. Together, we’ll explore different practices and sequences to help you take steps toward your goals.

Ongoing Support: You’ll receive personalized resources to support your practice between sessions. This could include session recordings, meditations, written sequences, and other practices to help deepen your experience and sustain your progress.

Pricing & Scheduling

All sessions are 60 minutes, and longer sessions are available upon request. Sessions can occur in person at the studio at Raven & Moon or online via Zoom.

You’ll receive a link to schedule your session(s) after our initial consultation call.

5-Session Package: $425

10-Session Package: $800

Monthly Package (recurring): $330 for 4 classes in one month

  • Nope! These sessions will meet you where you are. As an Accessible Yoga and Yoga for All certified teacher, I'm confident we can cultivate a practice that works for you, regardless of your prior experience.

  • I'd suggest bringing a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

    I'll provide various props like blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc., but you're welcome to bring your own, if you prefer.

    Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.

  • Yes, you have the option to schedule sessions online via Zoom. You can also switch between in-person and online if that works better for you.

  • The frequency of your sessions depends on your goals and availability. Some clients prefer weekly sessions, while others opt for bi-weekly or monthly sessions.

  • Yes, private sessions can include more than one person, but the pricing listed above is for one-to-one instruction. Please contact me to share more about your request and receive updated pricing if you'd like to include more people.
